MATTINO DI GIUGNO, QUALUNQUE <\/p>\n

Chiome di bionde ragazze nel tiepido sole,
\nmentre torri petulanti insistono con orologi
\na scandire un tempo che non esiste, in realt\u00e0,
\nse non nelle teste a ingranaggi di automi che,
\nprogrammati alla Chaplin, felici viaggiano
\nin casse da morto di latta d\u2019acciaio, su ruote. <\/p>\n

Andando anche oggi a creare pi\u00f9 ricchezza
\nper grassi nababbi non natalizi, straricchi
\nda far scoppiare d\u2019invidia un Paperon de\u2019
\nPaperoni, ma molto pi\u00f9 comici loro, senza
\nnemmeno potersene accorgere \u2013 anch\u2019essi
\ndei meri automi, solo macchine per fare soldi.
\nMentre invece milioni-miliardi fanno la fame. <\/p>\n

Eppure, in mezzo alle insipide salme-sardine,
\nancora resistono\/esistono, improbabili, angeli! <\/p>\n

 
\n <\/p>\n

ANY GIVEN MORNING IN JUNE <\/p>\n

Fair maidens\u2019 manes in the lukewarm sun,
\ntowers insistently nagging with clocks,
\nticking away a time actually inexistent,
\nexcept in clockwork heads of robots, that,
\nprogrammed Chaplin-fashion, happily travel
\nin steel cans intended as coffins on wheels. <\/p>\n

Like all other days, to create yet more wealth
\nfor fat unchristmassy Santas, so rich as to make
\nold Scrooge McDuck simply die of sheer envy.
\nOnly more comical they, not even capable
\nof seeing this, themselves mere robots, or
\nmoney-making machines, while millions or
\nbillions quietly hunger, forgotten, to death. <\/p>\n

Yet, in the midst of those corpses decaying,
\nimprobable angels still exist \u2013 or only resist! <\/p>\n
