 <\/p>\n

Acre odore di fumo intride l\u2019intera pianura,
\nperch\u00e9 questa sera ovunque si bruciano streghe;
\nma il tanfo pi\u00f9 insopportabile \u00e8 quello dei roghi
\nsui quali ogni giorno si immolano vane speranze
\nche l\u2019Uomo Futuro possa tra breve tornare
\nad essere ancora una volta quel dio primordiale. <\/p>\n

Troppo incinta stanotte, la luna non vuole saperne
\ndi romantiche strofe che cantino amori immortali,
\nn\u00e9 di case in collina che quasi davamo alle fiamme,
\nn\u00e9 di Morti che forse verranno e avranno i tuoi occhi.
\nVorrebbe piuttosto vederci, fumatori moderni di carta,
\nrispondere no<\/strong> a una Vita \u2013 che ancora ci lega le mani! <\/p>\n
