I walk around this city,
\nnow suddenly inhabited
\nby phones, instead of people. <\/p>\n

I see them at street corners,
\nI see them at road ends;
\nI see them where they are,
\nand even where they’re not! <\/p>\n

A drunk may dream of bottles,
\nbut I see only telephones \u2013
\nthe bottles for themselves,
\nbut phones my means to you!<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n
